I'm just now remembering to post pictures from Easter. We didn't "do it up big" at our house this year. We were right in the middle of moving, and things were spread out at both houses, so we didn't decorate, put up our Easter tree, or even dye eggs with Emily. (I know, that's bad!) We hid plastic eggs throughout the week and the Easter bunny left a basket, so I don't think Emily cared at all. She seemed perfectly content.
Both of our families were out of town-- Brad's family in Nashville for the Lads to Leaders conference and my family at the beach for Spring Break. My grandparents were here, so Grandmother cooked lunch for us, and we opened Emily's Easter basket at their house before going over to the new house to work some more. It was a very relaxing day with beautiful weather! It seems like we always get a big cold snap right at Easter, so waking up to sunshine and warm temps was a wonderful surprise!
