I "cooked" after a work day at the new
house-- and by "cook" I mean sandwiches
and fruit jell-o :)
house-- and by "cook" I mean sandwiches
and fruit jell-o :)
Robert, James, Brad, Tyler, Ronnie, and Ben
moved the attic (and ALL my teaching supplies)
after work Friday before the "big" move--
This was a HUGE job, and we're so thankful
for their help!!
Saturday morning-- Emily helped Daddy
back the truck in to get started with the
big stuff/the real move
Emily discovered a lamb costume during the
move, and she's been randomly asking to wear it.
She tells me, "I be the lamb. You be Mary."
These bath crayons have been THE KEY in getting
Emily out of the sink and into the bathtub!
(The new face she does when I say, "Smile!".....)
Emily LOVES the new backyard. She runs around outside
giggling and has finally started playing up in her playhouse
on the swingset. She gets up there and tells me that
she's driving a boat to Mexico. :)
Still no sliding or swinging, but maybe
that's next to come.
Sorting rocks into brown, black, and gray
while we sat across the street watching Daddy
weed-eat the yard
Wearing a new hat of baby Hunter's--
Think this one will be stretched out a bit?! :)
She's been telling me that she's baby Hunter.....
This picture cracked me up. All the little girls
at church huddle around Emily like this and
talk to her/play with her. She wasn't giving
them much attention in this picture, but I still
had to capture this stage.
On the way home from church I looked back
and thought, "When did my baby get so BIG?!"
Her legs suddenly look so long stretched over
the edge of that carseat!
And last but not least......
A NEW WASHER AND DRYER! :0)
We had to leave ours at the old house, so we've been
without for a few weeks. We cashed in our credit card
points for Home Depot gift cards to get our new
appliances. (Smart thinking, Brad!!!)
And that tall stack on the dryer???
Brad's mom has already started shopping
for her new grandson! :0)
