When Brad interviewed in Tupelo a few months back, we ate at a restaurant that had an amazing appetizer-- broccoli bites. We devoured them and have been craving them ever since. Brad found a recipe that sounded similar and made them for dinner tonight.
YUM!!!!
After eating five of them, I decided I better slow it down a bit. He made a fabulous honey dijon mustard dip for them, and I just had to share the idea with you. I'm not much of a chef, but I know a lot of you out there cook every night and entertain for friends. This would be a great appetizer if you like broccoli. Enjoy!

Yummy! After Eric got home, he had to make Kabobs for dinner. Too funny! He wanted me to let you know that you can bring his hat when you come for the girls' party! :)
