February

February 1st was the kids' first morning to wake up...together! Emily has been very good to sleep in her own bed now that she's older, but Hunter had been giving us trouble. I finally decided to put 2 crib mattresses together in the floor and let them sleep together. It has worked like a charm! ;-)

I can't get enough of these sweet little grins! I love my precious babies!
They play together so sweetly. Hunter always manages to find a way to make the play slightly destructive or dangerous. Emily worries that he's going to break all their toys! Hunter is always going to the pantry and pulling out a box of raisins! That boy loves to "nack" (snack)!

Emily wears a dress every day. She always requests a "long dress with no pants." If she can get away with no socks, she's extra happy! Here she is with one of her breakfast staples-- blueberry bagel with strawberry butter.
And one of Hunter's breakfast favorites-- a frozen blueberry waffle. Both of my kids have always liked these waffles freezing cold and straight out of the freezer.Sweetness!!

Getting ready for ballet has become a struggle because of the dress code. Emily can't stand tights, so here she is sporting her new footless tights. She says her baby toe "gives her trouble" because it feels bad inside the tights and ballet shoe. The footless tights, bigger leotard, and one size up in ballet and tap shoes hasn't helped much....sigh.
All boy!
I love the way they look balancing on their little stool together to brush their teeth. This won't last forever!
Outside for a slightly warmer day
It's kind of like a "Where's Waldo?" book.....
Emily loves making Hunter little beds and pulling him around.
Because some days, just one passy isn't enough.... ;-)
Always, always busy doing a craft
And she always wants Hunter to get to craft, too.
Hunter has found a great new teether as his two top back teeth come in.
Some moments make you realize your life is completely great! They love each other so much! Hunter says, "Mimi back," and plops down on Emily's back.
Hunter is all boy, always into something, never still, always making a mess or crawling onto something he shouldn't......but some days nothing will do besides his sister's "No White" socks. ;-)

That brotherly-sisterly love is priceless. Emily's style and craftiness is so cute, and Hunter is definitely a BOY!
