Emily Turns Two

It's hard to believe that our sweet baby girl is growing so fast! On January 12th, Emily turned 2. We had a fun day celebrating together, and I tried not to tear up too many times! :0) Brad and I were a little sad on Monday thinking about that being the last day our little girl was 1. We asked her a million times to tell us how old she was so we could see her hold up that chubby little finger and say, "One!" She has brought us so much joy over the past 2 years, and we feel so blessed that God gave that little girl to us!

Grandmother and Pappy came by to bring
Emily a brand new tent with a tunnel! She loved it!

I love to see these 3 together. Seeing my sweet
grandparents with Emily makes me smile! They
love her so, so much!

Emily wanted everyone inside the tent.
Grandmother and Pappy weren't sure they could get
in there, so she had to settle on Mommy, Beau, and Belle!

Love them and so glad we live just down the road
from each other!

Later that day, Gran brought by a Little People bus
for Emily. That was a huge hit!

Big Daddy and K came by later with Mamaw. They
brought Emily a Radio Flyer wagon and a little cake.

She loved that little cake so much that she wanted
it in the wagon with her.......and again later that night
after dinner......and again the next day for breakfast!

Brad and I took her to Chuck E Cheese's later that night.
She liked some of the games, but she really liked the
singing Chuck E at the back of the restaurant......
which she INSISTED was Minnie Mouse. :0)
She was not, however, a fan of the live Chuck E
walking around the restaurant!! She used her
tickets to buy a sucker (of course).
