We've spent the last couple weeks trying out different Halloween costume ideas.

We've got butterfly wings that I think are super sweet on Emily, but she'll only wear the wings when she wants to wear the wings....

My mom brought over an old lamb costume of my niece's, and Emily quickly put on the ear headband. Yea! The rest of the costume wasn't such a hit though......

Then we played in her bumble bee outfit from last year. She was really excited about this one and loved buzzing around the house. When she buzzed into the living room, though, she realized her beloved Rebels were playing on TV and lost interest in the bee.

The only thing I've come up with that she actually likes to wear are shoes. Here she is in some of my heels. I think she can walk better in them than I can. I also gave you a side view so you could see the full impact of her 'bed head' hair!
(Yes, we're wearing last year's Christmas pajamas. Pretend not to notice.)

By the way, we've decided on wearing her Ole Miss cheerleading outfit that K gave her. I don't know that I'm quite ready for such a "big girl" type of costume, but she loves her "Webels," and she does look sweet in it. :)

She is a doll in whatever costume she wears; however, I'm kind of partial to the Rebel cheerleader suit. Love the bed head and the heels! K
