Our neighbor, Memory, found a turtle this afternoon and invited Emily over to check it out. Of course, Emily was enthralled! She fed the turtle grass and even tried to crawl in the Tupperware with it. She kept saying "Tur-tle" and 'doggy-paddling' her arms, telling me the turtle was swimming in the "wa wa." I couldn't even get her to look at the camera because she was so interested. Even the "ock" (rock) was something to talk about. I had a really hard time keeping her out of Memory's yard the rest of the afternoon. She REALLY wanted to go show me that "tur-tle" again and again and again.....

So cute Ang! Grace loves turtles too...sounds like Emily is going to be a talker like Grace!
