25 Things About Me

I was tagged on Facebook to write 25 things about myself. I decided to blog the 25 things instead of figuring out how to post them on Facebook. Here goes....

1. I love a made-up bed.
2. Although it "throws me for a loop" at first, I like change.
3. I let laundry and ironing pile up-- way up-- before getting it done.
4. I am a procrastinator.
5. I am allergic to lipstick.
6. I make lists for everything. I've even written down things I've already done just so I can cross them off the list.
7. My handwriting is much messier than it used to be.
8. I love entertaining at our house-- Brad cooks and I clean and decorate.
9. I don't like to cook. I probably only cook for us once a month...okay, once every 2 months.
10. I hang dry most of our clothes.
11. I take way too many pictures-- and know I'll never regret it.
12. I am intimidated by most everyone when I first meet them.
13. I have lost a blanket my grandmother hand-made for Emily before she was born. It makes me sick thinking about it!
14. I had growth hormone deficiency as a child and worry that Emily will too. (She's one and doesn't have any teeth, so my concerns are somewhat justified.)
15. I don't tell Brad nearly enough how thankful I am to stay at home with our child.
16. My house is almost always messy. Picking up is a never ending task for me!
17. Two closets in my house are very unorganized right now, and it's driving me crazy.
18. Kisses from Emily always make my day.
19. I'm a little sad that Brad will be done with residency next year. Our close group of friends reminds me of college days.
20. I have gotten up at least 3 times a night for over a year now...and have learned to function this way. :)
21. I brush my teeth a lot. I don't know why I'm so obsessed.
22. I love being married to Brad and being a mommy to Emily.
23. Making sure all the grandparents and great grandparents in town get "equal time" with Emily wears me out.
24. I love coffee-- cream, no sugar.
25. I love blogging because I can keep up with people that I might not be brave enough to call on the phone or keep up with otherwise.
