Last week Brad rounded a corner in the parking garage at work and had a little run-in with a concrete block. Well, the block won! His tire hit the concrete at the perfect angle to tear everything up. The axle broke, the frame bent, the list went on and on.... $2000 worth! If you know Brad and me, you know that we're not ones to spend money on shiny new cars and such, so our cars aren't worth too much. We couldn't justify putting more money into fixing the car than it was actually worth, so..... we're the proud owners of a new (new to us, anyway) Expedition. We have all sorts of room to spread out now, and it will be so nice to have when we pack up all our baby gear and head back home to Tupelo at the end of the month. We really feel like we're riding in style now! :)

Congrats on the new car! You will need that space - traveling with a baby is no joke! We were always packed to the brim when we went out of town with Will when he was a baby! Now it is a bit easier as the grandparents have piles of toys for him to play with!
