Camping

A few weeks ago we went camping with Scott and Valerie. I love going into the woods when we have the convenience of my in-law's camper. I'm not sure I could have done the camping thing pregnant without the bathroom on board. I don't think Brad would have liked walking to the bath house with me six different times during the night! :) We spent some time on the boat before a little storm blew in. The motor scared us a bit at one point, and Brad thought he was going to have to row us the last few miles back to shore. Thankfully, we were able to idle back after letting the engine cool a few minutes. I'm not sure I've ever traveled that slowly on a boat before, but turtle speed was definitely better than having to row back to shore with the one oar on board! We also got in lots of good grilling and s'mores making. Yum!
