And so my reign as a carpool line mom has begun! Emily has finished her first week as a preschooler and loves it! Thank you, God, for giving our girl such a great experience! She has come home telling me about stories and songs and funny things people said--her excitement makes me so very happy!
All sleepy-eyed after being woken up for her first day. She found a snail on the front porch which evoked some expression for her picture.
Starting to wake up a little after a few bites of frozen waffle. Let's go, Mommy!
And this is the last precious little look I saw before driving away. Yep, she's excited and she is definitely ready for this next adventure!
One day under her belt and visiting Daddy at his office to tell him all about it....but mostly just wanting to tell him about her flip flop that broke at lunch. ;-) Brad is so proud of his girl! (Mommy is, too, of course!)

Preschool gets TWO THUMBS UP! Her only complaint: "We didn't learn to read today. You think we'll do that tomorrow?" I LOVE that fire in our girl!
Day 2-- Ready to go and so excited!
She crawled up in the front seat as we waited for drop-off. I love seeing her excitement and innocence!
We are off to a great start! Emily is loving school, her teachers, her friends, and all her new experiences! Thank you, God, for all these blessings!

The pic of Em in the car with her broken flip-flop is by far my fav pic. Her expression is priceless! So glsd she is loving school!
Love all the pictures of my sweet, precious girl! Seems like just yesterday I was dropping her daddy off at Calvary preschool. Time just flies! So glad she loves preschool!
She is looking so talllll!! So proud of her and that preschool is going great!
