Picnic in the Park

Tonight we tried to mix it up a bit and headed to the park for a picnic supper. Soccer is HUGE here in Tupelo, so we spread a blanket in the middle of a few fields and took in the sights. Emily loved watching all the kids running around! The only time she peeled her eyes from the games was when she dove to get a handful of grass, my salad, or Brad's chili. She is into everything now! We had a lot of fun being out and definitely plan on doing it again sometime soon. Next time I'll have to remember to pack a jacket for each of us. The fall weather is a bit cool and so nice!!
She couldn't keep her mind off the drink in
her cup holder. She held her hand on it the entire
time she was in the stroller.
Emily helped Daddy crush the crackers for his chili

Yeah, I'm way behind on blogs but let me say Emily is such a doll!! I love all those little rolls - she's like the Gerber baby!!

Glad things are going good in MS!

Houston-

Thank you for the offer to call you. However, I'm trying to figure out why you would think I would call you other than to curse at you. You have left me with no talent. The upperclassmen we have are lazy and won't buy into my system. All they want to do is run-block. These fans are crazy though. The 4 that supported you are thinking this team would be better with you as the coach. I guess I will just have to remember the other 4 million hog fans like the recruiting class I'm working on right now and the 15 true freshman that are having to play because you forgot to recruit the last 3 years. Well, congrats on your victory vs Florida. They ought to be real upset when they come play us this Saturday!!

Go Hogs!
