Dry Spell

My blogging has recently hit a dry spell, and I feel like it might take several posts to catch you up on everything that's been going on at our house. I don't want to overwhelm you all at once!

Brad has been out of town doing a family medicine rotation in Tupelo. He was gone the entire month of November, and I am so glad to finally have him home! The dogs were nice to have around, but they didn't provide much in the way of conversation. Brad arrived home last Thursday night, and Friday afternoon we got a call that another med student would be staying with us that night for a residency interview. He left Saturday morning for his interview, and I headed to school to get ready for my substitute. Right after church Sunday morning, Brad and I left for an interview in Tuscaloosa. We returned home Monday evening. Brad's dad came down today to help us do some sanding, painting, and staining at our house. We're planning on putting our house on the market in January, so we're trying to get this baby ready to sale so we can be OUTTA HERE in May!!

After a long day of work, Brad, his dad, and I are hanging out in our pajamas. We stuffed our bellies, and now we're sitting around doing nothing. What a great way to end the day!

We are putting our house on the market Jan - Feb too! What a pain! I dread all the "fix up" work, but we as well cannot wait to get OUTTA HERE! You need to come by and see Will before we all leave here! Have a Merry Christmas!

That's my kind of end to a day. PJ's and a full belly. It somehow makes all the hard work worth it to me. Good luck getting the house ready, you'll have to show some pictures before you sell this house though.

I think we have the same taste in decor. I almost bought those curtains and I registered for those pillows. I think they were gone by the time we got married. Oh well....definitely want to see more house pics before you move!
